Fundraising Coaching – Maximize Fundraising Package
This includes four sessions including one 90 minute intensive session plus three 60 minute sessions over the course of four-to-six weeks. Maximize Fundraising Coaching sessions are a great way to put some development fundamentals in place, establish new approaches, and increase contributions to your organization. Initial sessions with your nonprofit fundraising coach are focused on:
- Identifying and selecting essential fundraising starting points
- Balancing the fundraising priorities
- Prioritizing potential donors
- Preparing your action items
- Setting your talking points for funding presentations
All sessions are conducted with our Certified Fundraising Executives.
The information I have gained from Heidi through Fundraising Coaching and the Ask Masters Master’s Series has given me the tools I need to be more skilled with moves management. Heidi has taken the best practices steps for major gift development and laid them out in a linear process that helped me to understand what to do from beginning to end. I now have a better understanding of the tasks that need to take place within each piece of the pipeline to be successful.
She has helped me create order out chaos and helped me to regain my confidence. The best part is that the process she has taught me is one I can take with me and apply to major gift fundraising at any organization no matter what type of mission.

When we met Heidi last year the Hands of Honour was but a grassroots non-profit organization operating from a sub-economic house which served as both an office and a sanctuary for those making the transition from homelessness/hopelessness to self-sufficiency.
